Some products allow you to upload images, artwork, text, names, or other content. We use this content to create product previews, manufacture and fulfill your order, provide customer support, address quality issues, process reprints or refunds, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may disclose uploaded content to print-on-demand, manufacturing, hosting, storage, and fulfillment providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested product or service. We do not use customer-uploaded images in public advertisements, social media posts, product listings, or other promotional materials unless you have separately given us permission.

You should upload only content that you own or are authorized to use. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information. Do not upload an image or personal information of a child unless you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authorization.

  • Stripe and PayPal to process payments, manage transactions, and help prevent fraud;
  • Print-on-demand providers, manufacturers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners to produce and fulfill orders;
  • Shipping carriers and delivery providers to deliver orders;
  • Website hosting, WordPress, WooCommerce, cloud storage, security, fraud-prevention, customer-support, and other technology providers that support our operations;
  • Google, when we use Google Ads and related measurement technologies to measure advertising performance, record conversions, or provide relevant advertising;
  • Email and marketing service providers that help us deliver transactional and promotional emails, manage subscription preferences, and measure email engagement;

Customer-uploaded content is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfill an order, address support requests, quality issues, reprints, refunds, disputes, and legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.
